Mutiple people Body Temperature Screening System Single people Body Temperature Screening SystemFoscam camera can work with Foscam NVR as well as 3rd party ONVIF compliant NVR or NAS. When use Foscam cameras with 3rd party NVR or NAS, if camera video is intermittent, please try below tips:
Step 1: Verify the camera is operating properly without disconnecting.
• This can be accomplished by logging into the camera via a web browser and observing the video feed over an extended amount of time. If it is found that the video feed output is consistent the user can be relatively certain the fault is not with the camera.
Step 2: Confirm that the 3rd Party NVR or NAS supports the ONVIF 2.21 protocol.
• If the device is using an older protocol check to see if a software update has been recently released. Software updates are released on a regular basis to maintain compatibility with newer firmware updates as they are released for products. Check with the Technical Support web page for the appropriate 3rd party NVR/NAS.
Step 3: Verify the Foscam camera and NAS/NVR are using the most up to date firmware.
• The firmware determines the compatibility of both devices. Be sure to check for the latest updates for both the camera and the NAS/NVR to maintain compatibility of both products. Failure to do so may result in difficulties using the equipment together.
