Q:Does the spotlight camera support Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant?
A:Yes, the floodlight camera supports Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant. User can stream live video onto the compatible Alexa or Google display devices with voice command, like “Alexa, show me the garage door” or “OK Google, show me the garage door on living room TV.”
Q:Any tips when I install the camera?
A:It is recommended to install the camera 2.5 meters (8.2 ft) above the ground and Bend down 15°. This height maximizes the detection range of the PIR motion sensor.

A:Yes, this spotlight camera features two-way audio capability, which means you can listen and talk to someone in real time with simple clicks in App.
Q:What is the PIR sensor?
A:PIR sensor (full form: passive infrared sensor) is used to detect the motion. It receives and detects infrared radiation from the surrounding. When the differences of radiation are identified, the camera triggers motion alerts. As PIR sensors are more sensitive to infrared radiations from humans or animals, this camera can dramatically reduce false alarms caused by fluttering moths or flying twigs.
