Step1: Please follow below snapshots to check if the camera still has valid cloud storage service. If not, please purchase the cloud service for your camera first.
Step2: Please go to Alarm to check if the camera has push notification. If not, please go to camera settings to check if the alarm setting is enabled.
Step3: If the camera alarm setting is enabled and the camera still does not have alarm cloud recordings when the detection is triggered by the motion, please log in the camera web page on your computer to set up the DNS server of your camera to 8.8.8.8.
