I purchased 7*24H cloud recording service, but it doesn’t work, what’s the reason?
If you are using some other subscription plan now and also purchased the 7*24H cloud recording service for the same model, please send email to support@foscam.com to cancel the original subscription and refund,then you can use the new 7*24H cloud recording service. If you have already refunded the original subscription plan but the 7*24H cloud recording still doesn’t work,please reboot your camera and it will solve the problem.
