Why some recordings are lost in 24-hour contentious recording?
Two factors will cause lost recording, network issue and camera issue. According to these factors, please check and ensure your network is fine, reboot your router or camera.
Detailed trouble shoot steps as below. Network Issue:
1.Camera is too far from wireless router, network status is poor;
2.Network bandwidth is low or unstable for uploading recording;
3.Facility in neighborhood is inadequate thus network is poor;
4.For wired connection, Ethernet cable between camera and router isn't connected well;
5.Issue at wireless router side that causes unstable network condition. Camera Issue:
1.Power failure or network failure at camera's network;
2.Camera has been restarted;
3.Foscam app did not upgrade to the latest version;
4.Possible hardware issue on camera.
