2、If you use Internet Explorer, please load the activeX when you login. If cannot load the activeX, please change security settings of Internet Explorer to allow the activeX run:
Internet Explorer——> Tools ——> Internet Options ——> Security ——> Custom Level, enable the following three options:
 Enable: Download unsigned ActiveX controls
 Enable: Initialize and script ActiveX controls not marked as safe
 Enable: Run ActiveX controls and plu-ins
