First, Foscam thanks a lot for your attention and support. Foscam have been promoting low-cost wifi ip camera for DIY home security and SME & SOHO security market since the year 2007. We have been trying to provide cameras of affordable price with nice quality and good after-sales service.
Now there is too many clone or copy Foscam's indoor ip camera FI8908W & outdoor ip camera FI8904W, most of the clone cameras are of bad quality, no after-service, no technical service, but with much lower price. We suggest you to confirm with the resellers if it is an original FOSCAM camera before you buy the camera.
Regarding Firmware upgrade, Please never try to upgrade the firmware by yourself using firmwares from forums. Please upgrade with the guidance from Foscam's reseller or Foscam's technical engineer. |
